Course Overview
Join us for a hands-on, inspiring weekend introduction to permaculture gardening with two experienced and passionate tutors, Huw Richards and Peni Ediker. Set in a beautiful setting in North Wales, this course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to begin or deepen your journey into permaculture gardening. Whether you're a beginner or looking to reconnect with the core of permaculture, this immersive weekend will leave you with new insights, practical tools, and a fresh sense of purpose in your growing journey.
Upon completion of the course you will be issued with a certificate accredited by the Permaculture Association showcasing you have completed your introduction to permaculture.

Peni Ediker: Peni Ediker, based at Sŵn y Coed in West Wales, is an experienced permaculture gardener, educator and land steward who lives under Wales’ pioneering One Planet Development policy. Peni has hosted and taught dozens of courses on permaculture gardening, biofertilizers and sustainable living, bringing a grounded and inspiring approach and a wealth of hands-on knowledge to teaching others how to live and grow in harmony with the land.

What if I can only come by public transport? We can arrange transport to pick you up from Bangor or Porthmadog train stations

Is there a cancellation policy? Cancellations up to 4 weeks before that start will receive full refund. Otherwise there will be a 50% refund.

This Introduction to Permaculture Design course is ideal for anyone wanting to understand how to work with nature to create more resilient gardens, farms, homes, and communities. Rooted in the real-world experience of a working permaculture farm, this course blends inspiring theory with practical application. Upon completion of the course you will be issued with a certificate accredited by the Permaculture Association showcasing you have completed your introduction to permaculture.
