Resilient Homesteading Course
6-8th October 2023
Are you a homesteader, smallholder or small farmer but want to add in a bit oomph to your project or lives? Are you planning out the possibilities for your own small farm project? This is a collaborative, intensive 3 day, long weekend course that you will leave with a better understanding and focus of your why, what and how, giving you a more resilient, purposeful and successful project.
We will look closely at managing holistically and building your context, learning from natural patterns and permaculture, Keyline design and farm layout, nutrient and energy cycles, getting the people side right, profitable enterprises and keeping things enjoyable. We will look at how Henbant works and the bits that don't as well as taking time to look into your projects as well.
Ideally be at the farm after 2pm and in time for dinner at 7pm on the Thursday to meet with the group. We won't start with any teaching material though till the Friday Morning, we will finish on Sunday afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided for the duration of the training and nearly all food will be from the farm or from organic sources.
Training Cost: £320 (includes all food and camping in your own tent).
